So it's Wednesday February 17th, 2010 and thus begins the season of Lent in the Christian Faith. One of the most prevalent characteristics of this religious season is the giving up of a substantial sacrifice in memory of Jesus giving up His life for the forgiveness of man's sins.
I personally in the past have given up sex, food items, even drinking nothing but water (that actually did wonders for my already healthy body). This year I am going to try my best and delve into a BIG sacrifice..... shopping.
I'm the only straight man I know that spends more time in a mall than a woman, and who loves to shop more than women. I really really love shopping! It's a well known fact. So we'll see....
ooooooooooooor I may just give up seafood....
